Lake Union Wooden Boat Festival Posters

Since 1977, the Lake Union Wooden Boat Festival has been bringing families and small craft heritage together every year around the 4th of July. Posters advertising the event officially started in 1978 for the 2nd annual Lake Union Wooden Boat Festival. The Center for Wooden Boats is fortunate to have past-year posters designed by numerous artists, local and international, in various artistic forms. Since 2011, however, the design of each poster became a collaborative effort between CWB and the community with an annual call for poster designs from CWB and the community answering with creative submissions. Submissions for the 44th Annual Lake Union Wooden Boat Festival are currently being accepted.
