Intermediate Sailing - Session 4
Dates
August 2 - 6, 2010
Program Description
Becoming a great sailor involves building a new set of reflexes.
Sailing requires basically three things: practice, practice and more
practice. However, a little structure and coaching can speed up the
learning process enormously. Students fine-tune their fundamental
sailing skills while exploring new elements of sailing such as
adventuring, marlinspike seamanship and racing. This is the next step
for students who know the basics of sailing and are ready to sail a
boat by themselves. Prerequisite: Beginning Sailing or instructor permission
