Woodworking Unplugged

In this class you will use handtools only to build a small project. Learn how to use planers to smooth a surface, chisel with precision, and become adept with a Japanese hand saw. Depending on the project, you will learn a variety of basic joints, inlays or other techniques. There is no pre-requisite for this class, however it is a great compliment to The Center for Wooden Boats’ Beginning Woodworking class.

This class will run for 3 consecutive weekend days, from 10:00am – 5:00pm in our Boatshop in South Lake Union.

March 25, 26 & April 1, 2017
